The IVy Collective: Our Story

The IVy Collective began with a shared vision from mother and daughter Maddie Butcher and Jennifer Lambert: to create a welcoming space where people feel comfortable exploring their wellness and aesthetic goals.

With backgrounds in nursing and a shared passion for helping others, Maddie and Jennifer wanted to bring a more personal, approachable experience to the Pawnee, Illinois, community. Their vision centered on meaningful relationships, open conversations, and an environment where every individual feels valued.

Today, that same commitment to connection and individualized attention remains at the heart of The IVy Collective. We believe the experience should feel welcoming, informative, and focused on helping people make confident decisions about their wellness goals.

Jennifer Lambert

Hi! I’m Jen, and I’ve been a registered nurse for more than 15 years.

Throughout my nursing career, I’ve always valued the opportunity to connect with people, listen to their concerns, and help them feel supported. Those experiences have shaped my belief that compassion, communication, and education are essential to a positive wellness experience.

One of the things I appreciate most about The IVy Collective is the opportunity to build lasting relationships with the people who visit us. I want everyone who walks through our doors to feel welcome, comfortable asking questions, and confident that their concerns matter.

I’m grateful to be part of a community that values personal connections, and I look forward to continuing to meet the wonderful people who make The IVy Collective special.

Maddie Butcher

Hi! I’m Maddie, and I’m a registered nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (RN-BSN).

I’ve always been passionate about wellness, aesthetics, and helping people feel more confident in themselves. My nursing background has strengthened my appreciation for education, thoughtful communication, and the importance of understanding each person’s individual goals.

What I love most about The IVy Collective is the relationships we’ve built with our clients. Getting to know people, hearing their stories, and helping create a positive experience are some of the most meaningful parts of being here.

As a mom, I also understand how important it can be to make time for yourself while balancing everything life brings. I believe everyone deserves to feel heard, supported, and comfortable exploring their personal wellness goals.

I’m excited to continue welcoming new faces and strengthening the connections that make The IVy Collective community so special.

Meet Stellah, CNP

Stellah Health

Stellah brings a compassionate, personalized approach to hormone and wellness care through Stellah Health. With an emphasis on real conversations, individualized attention, and evidence-based care, she is passionate about helping individuals better understand their health and explore options that support their personal wellness goals.

Through Stellah Health’s collaboration with The IVy Collective, Stellah’s areas of focus include hormone replacement therapy (HRT), testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), comprehensive lab work, and in-person consultations. Her whole-person approach emphasizes education, thoughtful conversations, and helping individuals make informed decisions about their health.
